The aim of moonflower fitness is to provide a space where women can find free general unbiased information on female health, fitness and nutrition. This will be offered with blogs, a podcast and a YouTube Channel. Next to this space counselling is offered because we are all different and unique.
The minute we need help with something or just simply want to understand our body a bit better the internet will flood us with programs, informations, tips and philosophies. In that jungle of information we might forget what feels good to ourselves and what we need to be happy and balanced. MoonflowerFitness appreciates and embraces your uniqueness and individuality. With our blog, podcast and videos and the possibilities of personal training and consulting we want to help you find your inner strength and balance and shape your body how you feel comfort in it! MoonflowerFitness also wants to break down information to make them understandable and easily accessible.
